- A paid render, once checkout exists, is a concept visual of the view you sent. It is not a construction document.
- If a paid render moves your walls, the re-roll is on us. Hand sketches are beta, with no geometry promise.
Who we are
Sketch-to-Render is a service of The SaaS Guy (TheSaaSGuy). These terms apply to sketch-to-render.thesaasguy.app. Contact getrichwithsaas@gmail.com. This page does not publish a personal name, street address or tax number.
The free preview
- You can send up to 3 images. The preview uses the first.
- You must tick that the design is yours or that you have permission, and you must tick the Terms.
- Test mode does not generate an image from your file. The picture is a sample labelled "Sample - test mode".
- Live mode makes one watermarked concept from your first image. It can be wrong. It is not a promise of the paid file.
- 3 previews a day from one connection, plus a shared daily cap.
Prices and payment
Pricing coming soon. Checkout is not open. The button says Payment link TBD and does not charge a card. Nothing is sold until a payment link is published and these terms are updated.
When a pack is sold later, credits are counted on that order. They do not expire. There is no account and no credits ledger in the product.
What a paid render is
- A photoreal concept of the view you sent, in the look you picked (bright day exterior, dusk exterior, or warm interior), plus a side-by-side of your lines and the render.
- For a CAD screenshot the aim is the same walls, the same windows and the same camera. We compare edges and can re-roll up to twice. A person still checks the file. It is not pixel-perfect.
- Loose hand sketches are accepted as beta, best effort, with no geometry promise.
- Every file is a concept visual, not a construction document. Do not build, manufacture or apply for a permit from it.
- Delivery of a paid file, once checkout exists, is by email within 24–48 hours of the upload.
Re-roll
If a paid render moves the geometry of a CAD screenshot, email us and we re-roll that view at no charge. That is the remedy, together with any rights the law does not let us exclude. There is no in-app refund button. Hand sketches do not carry the geometry promise.
Your designs
You confirm the design is yours or that you have permission to use it. You let us use the files only to make and deliver your preview and, if you later pay, your order. We do not publish your upload. You can use a paid render you have paid for, including in a portfolio, as long as you do not present it as a construction document.
Your 14-day withdrawal right (EU consumers)
If you buy as a consumer in the EU, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. Because a paid order would start right away, by placing a paid order you ask us to begin within the 14 days and agree that your right to withdraw ends once the order has been fully delivered.
Checkout is not open, so there is nothing to withdraw from today. Before a paid order is fully delivered you can still withdraw: email getrichwithsaas@gmail.com with a clear statement (for example "I withdraw from my order of [date]") and we refund what you paid for the undelivered order within 14 days, to the same payment method. The re-roll promise above applies on top of this.
Law
These terms are governed by Hungarian law. If you are a consumer, you keep the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live. Email us first.
